VIII. Data Retention Policy

The Verve app is designed to help you and your team be more productive and collaborate more effectively. In order to do so, our app may collect certain information about your team members, such as their names, email addresses, and other relevant information. We recognize that your team’s data is sensitive, and we take the protection of your data very seriously.
 

Our Data Retention Policy is as follows:

  • Data that is required to be stored for legal or regulatory reasons will be retained for the required period of time.

  • Non-essential data that is not required for legal or regulatory reasons will be deleted after 30 days. 

  • You can request the deletion of any data that our app has collected about you or your team members by contacting our support team via verve.support@turings.xyz.

  • If our app is no longer being used by your team, all data associated with your team will be deleted within 30 days.

  • We will only use your team’s data under  the terms of our privacy policy, which you can review on our website.By using the Verve app, you consent to our Data Retention Policy and agree to the terms of our privacy policy.
